Aloha Chicken

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breast pieces)
8 oz. sugar free, nonfat apricot mango yogurt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1/2 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
butter flavored cooking spray

In a small bowl, mix mango yogurt with cilantro and pineapple tidbits. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Stir the mixed sauce before serving.

Coat a nonstick frying pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. On medium heat, fry chicken breasts for
10 to 15 minutes, turning as necessary, until chicken is cooked. Serve chicken hot, drizzled with mixture
of mango yogurt sauce.
