Bourbon Cream

2 Cup Heavy cream
1/4 Cup Confectioner's sugar
1 Tablespoon Bourbon
35 Fat; 2 Other Carbohydrates

In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until
thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve
immediately. This recipe yields 3 cups.
