Rice Wine And Soy Dipping Sauce
1 Cup Rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1 Dash Soy sauce
3 Tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 Teaspoon Minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Minced shallots
1 Tablespoon Chopped cilantro
1/4 Cup Chopped roasted peanuts
Salt; to taste
1 Pinch Red pepper flakes
1/2 Carrot; cut matchstick
1 Strips -; (about 1/4 cup)
In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with
salt and
pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving. This recipe
yields
2 cups of sauce.
