2 Cup Whole milk 1 Tablespoon Honey 1 Banana; peeled, and Cut into 2" pieces 1/2 Pint Fresh strawberries 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 Cup Crushed ice; to 2 cups 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrate . In a blender combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth.
