Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce

1 Cup Heavy cream
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 Cup Grand Marnier
4 Ounce Semisweet chocolate; finely chopped

In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter. Add the Grand Marnier. Whisk
then bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pieces
until all the chocolate is incorporated. Serve. This recipe yields about 2
1/2 cups of sauce.
