Hot Butterscotch Sauce

    1 Cup light brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup half-and-half
    4 Tablespoons Butter
    2 Tablespoons light corn syrup

  Combine all ingredients in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Stir to
 mix. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, until it boils. Stir.
  Pour into a sterile pint jar, cover and store refrigerated for
 up to 1 month.
