PERFECT JERKY MARINADE

1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Vinegar
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
1 ts Salt
2 tb Cracked peppercorns
1/2 c Black coffee
2 ts Honey
1 pn Cayenne pepper
1/4 ts Liquid smoke
1 Splash of white wine

Makes enough marinade to cover 2 lbs of meat.
