Meatloaf

1 can chicken or beef vegetable soup
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten

Put soup in blender or mash fine. Combine all ingredients and put in baking
pan or dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Will be soft but gets
firmer as it cools. Great for sandwiches!
