Marinated Mushrooms

1  lb.  fresh mushrooms
1  tsp. chives
1  cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1  tsp. tarragon
   pinch of salt
1/2 cup water
1  tsp. garlic powder

1.  Clean and dry mushrooms.

2.  Mix all ingredients together.

3.  Let marinate in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.

4.  Serve.
