Low Fat Green Goddess Dressing

      1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
      1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
      1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
      1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
      1 tablespoon minced onion
      1 tablespoon chopped scallion
      1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

  Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Chill
  for 1 hour.
