Low Fat Fried Chicken

     4 chicken breasts, skin removed
     1/2 cup flour
     Egg beaters equal to 1 egg
     1/2 cup skim evaporated milk
     1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
     1/2 teaspoon paprika
     2 cups corn flake crumbs
     Non-fat cooking spray

     Preheat oven to 350F. Combine flour, Egg beaters, garlic powder, paprika, and milk
   to make a batter. Dip chicken in mixture, then roll in corn flake crumbs. Spray a casserole
   dish with cooking spray. Place prepared chicken breasts in dish. Bake 1 hour or until browned & done.
