Low Fat Bread Pudding

               2 cups Egg Substitute (= to 8 eggs)
               1 cup Sugar + 2 tblsp.
               1 cup Skim Milk
               Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste
               1 loaf French Bread (fat free) - sliced 1/2" thick
               non-fat Margarine Spray

               1/2 cup Egg Substitute
               1/2 cup Sugar
               1/4 cup White Wine or Flavored Liqueur

  Spray 8x8 or loaf pan and set aside. Pre heat oven to 325F degrees.
  Layer bread in pan spraying each layer liberally with margarine spray.
  In separate bowl whip the cup of sugar and egg substitute until light
  and frothy. Add milk and spices to the mixture. Pour mixture over bread
  until just covered. Sprinkle top with remaining sugar and spices.
  Place pan in another pan and add about 2" boiling water to the outer pan.
  Cook 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and the liquid is absorbed.

  To make the sauce, place ingredients in a double boiler and stir constantly
   until mixture thickens. Either pour over top or serve on the side.
