Combine onion, garlic, oil, and 3 tablespoons chicken
broth in 2-quart glass casserole. Microwave on
high power, covered, 3 to 4 minutes, until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except salt and
pepper, mixing well. Cover and microwave on high until
stuffing is heated through, about 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves: 5
