Filling:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon oil
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions
and add 1/2 cup
chocolate chips to batter. Pour into a 9X13 pan
and cook according to
package instructions. When done, let cool on a
cooling rack.
Beat margarine and both sugars in a mixing bowl
until creamy. Add
milk, vanilla and flour and mix thoroughly. Set
aside.
Melt and stir 1 cup chocolate chips and oil in
a small saucepan
over low heat. Spread filling over cooled brownies
then the topping.
Store refrigerated.
